A Graduate Realtor Institute designation is the real estate industry hallmark. Only Realtors who successfully complete more than 90 hours of comprehensive training can be called a GRI. These agents are considered the elite of the business. It is the No. 1 real estate designation in the industry.

The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification indicates a REALTOR® has honed their skills to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.

The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer's agents who work directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.  They are also rare, as fewer than 2 percent of licensed real estate agents in the United States have this designation.

The SRES® Designation signifies a REALTOR® is ethically committed to serving the real estate needs of clients age 50+.
